Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Log into your Pyle account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Carefully place the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, clearly marking the RMA number on the box.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
